Think about when you doubt something, like when you want something and you don’t believe it. When you do this, you send out an opposing VIBE. Examples: “I want to lose weight, but…”, “I want to find a better job, but…”, “I want to see peace in the world, but…”.
Think of it this way… a belief is only a thought that you keep thinking. A lot of our decisions come from our conditioning, sometimes this can be conditioning from a false premise. I will experiment (write it, feel it, visualize it, say it) starting now, that I will think of something I desire to happen. I will think it, till I believe it. I will watch how the universe will bring the details together for me, because I know that “how” it gets done is none of my business. Why none of my business you may ask? Think of it like this, when I ask for something, from something that is bigger than me (God, source, angels, etc.), to make the things I desire happen, who am I to demand the details in advance. I like the idea that my practice needs to be focused on raising my vibration to allow my vibe to match that of source (which is a bigger part of me), in order to manifest my thought into reality.
I will smile in acknowledgment of the synchronicities, coincidences, new relationships and gifts that come my way in the process of manifesting. My first thought with FABULOUS intention will be that you have a FABULOUS day all day! Smile!
Embrace, Enhance & Empower your inner knowing. AKA your intuition. You have all the answers to any situation that arises in your life.
TIP: When you need to make a decision today,
find a quiet place,
take a deep breath to clear your energy.
Close your eyes and put your hands over your heart.

LISTEN to your body by FEELING what’s right or what’s not so good for right now. Then smile.
Know that YOU are the most POWERFUL FORCE in your life. Even if you don’t feel it at the moment, doesn’t mean it’s not there. Please take note, holding on to grudges is a form of diminishing the force that allows you to move forward. (The EGO only dabbles in distraction to allow room for destruction) Release the grudge and make room for new experiences. It will feel like taking a breath of fresh air.

Knowledge may be power, but powerless if the force (that would be YOU) retaining that knowledge doesn’t put it to use. Don’t wait for the next Certification or Masters Degree to start gaining experience and manifesting your reality today. Work it all at the same time.
If you tend to follow my moments of thought that I like to share, you know that I like to remind people (and myself) that it is scientifically proven that we ARE energy. We feel it, take it in, and put it out.
So here’s the thing, if our energy creates the VIBE everywhere we are, why don’t most people realize that if the VIBE is not good where they are, why not change it? From my experience, I can either add to the existing VIBE by feeding into it or change it by creating a new one. I don’t know why I strayed a little with that thought, but maybe that message is for someone reading this right now.
Let’s get back to the “Field Of Potentiality”. So here is my thought, if I am not experiencing peace, joy and love, it’s my own illusions keeping me from it. Think about this, I suggest that you notice today and everyday, that your inner thoughts and emotions are manifested in your day to day. It really matters what you put your attention on (even if it’s only your so called silent thoughts in your head), that’s enough to create your reality in the field of potentiallity . The Field doesn’t discriminate, it works off your free-will. You can chose to be in the field of miracles or the field of misery. By the way, it helps to surround yourself with like minded people to amp up the potentiality of your reality, so pick your people carefully, feed the misery or feed the miracle. Your choice.
Be at peace, joy and love with YOURSELF first and it will extend as your day to day reality. In JOY!

What you think and how you see what you think is what you will attract as a desired outcome to any situation. Catch that negative thought and say “cancel that”, replace with a desired outcome to any situation by seeing it in your minds eye and even take a moment to FEEL it as if it already happened. Let your body register the outcome. Then don’t uncover the seed, let it go and let it grow. InJoy!
In any situation, for those of you working on a SELF awareness, what is my PURPOSE, how can I CONTRIBUTE to the imprint of humankind journey, again I say, in any situation, before moving forward, ask yourself… “What is the purpose that it will serve?”
In other words, evaluate the out come at the beginning of the situation, adding a vision that includes SELF, PURPOSE and CONTRIBUTION on your part, so you can decide if that would be the right path for you.
Listen in silence to that part of you that has a knowing and feel how it expresses throughout your body and you will know if it is the right path for you.

Take a moment today to assess the things you DO have (your health, life experience, imagination, the ability to Love, the ability to make room to be Loved, the ability to be present, etc.) Be conscious and know that every thought carries a vibration. When you spend your time on “wanting” from a perspective of disadvantage, you are actually depleting your body from positive energy that can be used for moving toward your desired intentions and supplement your Self-Care.

Does your story , when you tell it to others, include frustration, anger, fear, anxiety or despise? What if you don’t have to believe your story? What if you could change your story? What if you had control over changing your story, to include productivity, flow, ease, happiness, safety and peace?
One suggestion that can help transform your story to have a better ending, is to take a moment, step back and act as an observer, assess the best response (with the intent to benefit all involved) and not the quickest reaction. Try it today and start rewriting your story.
Take a moment everyday for yourself and tend the garden of your mind. Weeds of the mind grow from issues not tended to and look like anxiety, frustration, guilt, bitterness, unforgiveness, self-loathing, anger, etc.
Try this, something tangible, like expressing (and I mean WHATEVER feelings or language comes up at the moment; no need for political correctness here) one of these weeds on a paper. Then end your statement with acknowledging the learning you received from it, thanking yourself and the experience. Then most of all create a burning ritual for the note and release it back out into the universe as a mind healing issue. Breathe… and exhale P…E…A…C…E……
