Norma Cardenas is a Certified Hypnotherapist and Intuitive Living Advocate. As an expert in the behavioral sciences, she is a skilled facilitator who has worked in the fields of education, politics, youth development, and animal welfare.
For over two decades, Norma’s growing consultation practice has provided her with the foundation to develop a unique personal-development practice that has improved the quality of life for individuals, families and communities. Through this unique experience, Norma has devoted her entire professional career to creating personal, social and economic value for her clients while inspiring countless people to take charge of their lives by changing their limiting beliefs and false perspectives of themselves and others.
Norma has also gained a reputation for providing practical techniques and solutions that could be put into immediate use. Along with her growing personal-development practice, Norma has served as a consultant and board member for a number of organizations, including the Los Angeles Unified School District, the Cesar Millan Foundation, Friends of the Family, Youth Speak Collective, North Shore Animal League and Yale University.
Norma earned her certification in hypnotherapy from Hypnosis Motivation Institute with an emphasis on stress-reduction. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She has been married for over 20 years to now Congressman Tony Cardenas and is the proud mother of four children, dogs Sofi and Coco and Gracie the cat.
