  • Transformational Coaching is a very personalized practice of guiding someone to his or her goals in life. It is a combination of counseling, mentoring, problem-solving and a supportive soundboard. This form of coaching is meant to help you solve and overcome your personal obstacles in an organized way to achieve your ultimate goal.
  • Hypnotherapists use exercises that bring about deep relaxation and an altered state of consciousness, also known as a trance. A person in a deeply focused state is unusually responsive to an idea or image, but this does not mean that a hypnotist can control the person's mind and free will. On the contrary, hypnosis can actually teach people how to master their own states of awareness. By doing so they can affect their own bodily functions and psychological responses.
  • Based on impressive new discoveries regarding the body’s subtle energies, Emotional Freedom Technique has been very successful in treating issues such as Weight Loss, Cravings, Allergies, Trauma, Anxiety, Sadness, Physical Pain, Emotional Pain, Anger, Jealousy, Fears and Phobias, Sports Performance, Dyslexia, Headaches, Stress, and many more. EFT works on the theory that our unresolved negative emotions are major contributors to most physical pains, disease and anxiety. And the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system. EFT is a method of gently tapping on the body’s energy meridians and balancing the energy disruptions that continue to trigger emotional and physical pain. This adds a powerful tactical and physical element, unlike any other hypnotic modality.
  • Tapping therapy (TFT/EFT) is a highly effective, non-invasive, healthy self-help alternative to long-term, or drug-related psychotherapy. Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is the original sequential tapping procedure that when applied to problems it addresses their fundamental causes, balancing the body's energy system, and allows you to eliminate most negative emotions within minutes.
